Where Every Meal Is a Confluence
Sangam — from Sanskrit, meaning the sacred meeting point of rivers. A place where currents converge, where something greater is born from the union of many.
What Is Sangam?
In Indian tradition, a sangam is the auspicious confluence of rivers — a sacred meeting point where separate streams become one. The most revered sangam in India is at Prayagraj, where the Ganges, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati converge.
We chose this name because it captures everything we believe about food: that the finest meals are born from the meeting of ingredients, cultures, techniques, and people. At our table, every dish is a confluence.
Where separate streams become one — and something greater is born.
Authentic. Intentional. Unforgettable.
Whole Spices, Ground Fresh
We source whole spices and grind them in-house daily. The difference is immediate — a depth and brightness that pre-ground spices simply cannot match.
Tandoor-Fired Tradition
Our clay tandoor oven reaches temperatures above 900°F, imparting the signature char and smokiness that defines authentic North Indian cooking.
Slow-Cooked Curries
Our signature sauces are built over hours — not minutes. Patience is the secret ingredient in every pot.
Regional Diversity
India has 28 states and hundreds of culinary traditions. Our menu draws from the breadth of that heritage — from the coastal flavors of the south to the rich gravies of the north.
